Welcome to fitBOXING—Seneca’s most focused, high-energy boxing fitness studio.
All sessions are coach-led and capped for quality attention.

Current Schedule (Classes are 45 minutes for now):

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 5:00 AM

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:15 PM

  • Sunday: 7:30 AM (Founding Members priority; may become permanent based on demand)

We keep classes small (limited spots) so you get real coaching and real results.


First Class Is Always Free

Your first class is on us so you can experience fitBOXING before you commit.

How to claim your free class:

  1. Go to the Pricing tab.

  2. Select “First Class Free” and complete the quick checkout (it will show as a $0 “purchase”).

  3. Return to the Schedule and book your spot.

Already used your free class? Choose a membership or trial under Pricing, then book any eligible class on the Schedule.


How Booking Works

  • Members & Trials: Log in and reserve your spot from the Schedule.

  • Drop-in/Non-Members: Not available at this time—please select a trial or membership under Pricing.

  • Waitlists: If a class is full, join the waitlist and we’ll notify you if a spot opens.


What to Bring

  • Comfortable workout clothes, water, and a towel.

  • Gloves & wraps available at the front desk (founding members get special perks).
